Job Description
The Senior Manager of Strategy & Transformation is responsible for leading, facilitating and driving the strategic initiatives at SCRI. The Senior Manager will lead a team of internal consultants and/or business analysts to implement enterprise level initiatives to increase growth, market share, customer & employee satisfaction, improve business key performance indicators and to deliver on key strategies of the organization.
Requirements
- Master's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in program management
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with large change impacts
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Six Sigma Black Belt highly preferred
