Canal Mowing, Maintenance, & Excavation Equipment Operator- Stormwater

As an Equipment Operator, you’ll operate a variety of heavy equipment in the field and work as part of a team dedicated to the maintenance, construction, and repair of stormwater conveyance systems and roadway rights-of-way.

Requirements

• Transport, operate, and maintain heavy equipment/vehicles and machines
• Perform maintenance on county enclosed and open stormwater conveyance systems and their appurtenances
• Restore road right-of-ways and properties relating to stormwater maintenance and repairs
• Maintain equipment and vehicles as assigned
• Respond to customer complaints relating to stormwater systems
• Complete and submit work orders relating to all work performed
• Respond to emergency situations as required
