HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment across county facilities to ensure comfortable and efficient environments for employees and the community. Conduct visual and auditory inspections, complete minor equipment adjustments and repairs, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Two (2) years of building construction experience related to applicable trade-in Facilities Maintenance
• Valid Florida Driver's License at the time of hire
