Recreational Project Manager II will oversee capital improvements, renovations, and repairs across various sports venues, including Major League Baseball stadiums, world-class rowing venues, and more. The role involves serving as a Facilities liaison, providing direction and support to venue operators, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related field
- Three (3) years of experience in building construction, capital improvement projects, maintenance, or related professional fields
- Valid Florida driver's license
- PMP Certification
- Formal training and experience with Project Management Institute
- Proficiency in project management software such as eBuilder, Trimble, or similar construction workflow management, Adobe Pro
