Job Description
Sarepta is seeking an Associate Director, Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology to provide translational, clinical pharmacology, and pharmacometrics deliverables for development assets from pre-IND to Phase III. The role will apply quantitative modeling methodologies and drive pharmacology and pharmacometrics activities involved in dose selection and characterizing interactions between drugs, patients, and biological systems.
Requirements
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, mathematics/engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics
- Strong understanding of clinical pharmacology principles
- Experience in developing advanced pharmacometrics, PK/PD, PBPK models
- Skilled in using pharmacometrics analysis software (e.g., NONMEM, R, Phoenix)
