Project Coordinator

Sargent Electric Company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Commercial / Industrial Department. The role involves risk management, communication, quality assurance, documentation management, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or other related degree
• 3+ years of proven experience in project coordination within electrical contracting or similar industry
• Familiarity with industry terms, contracts, deliverables, and processes (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong leadership abilities and written and verbal communication skills
