Senior Project Controls Analyst

Sargent Electric Company is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to provide project controls support to assigned projects and departments. The role involves leading project controls processes, working with project managers and operations leaders, and ensuring proactive cost visibility and financial decision making. The position has potential for a hybrid work schedule, with periodic local office visits and satellite office trips required.

Requirements

• Establish baseline scope of work, schedule, and initial project budget
• Develop project cost coding and work breakdown structure
• Compile and organize project as-sold estimate documentation into the ERP system
• Monitor cost deviations, trends, and risks
• Collect data for forensic analysis and change order requests
• Work with other business groups to develop and substantiate change orders and legal claims
• Maintain ERP contract details and participate in subcontractor invoicing and customer billing cycles
• Recommends and oversees customization of project control systems
• Manage ERP system job closure process
