Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a UX creative design role
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience in the financial industry (Investment, Finance, Payments, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior designers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity
