Job Description
As a Mechanical CAD Drafter, you'll work closely with mechanical engineers and naval architects to turn conceptual designs into highly detailed, production-ready drawings.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Drafting Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of mechanical drafting experience in a production, prototyping, or R&D environment
- Proficient in SolidWorks or similar parametric CAD software
- Deep understanding of mechanical tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Strong organizational and file management skills
- Experience designing mechanical systems for marine, aerospace, or defense applications
