Job Description
Saronic Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to ensure robust manufacturing processes and the scaling of manufacturing operations for the Department of Defense. The role involves integrating new equipment, supporting transitioning from low-volume to high-volume production, and overseeing the adoption of automated manufacturing solutions. The engineer will work closely with production engineering, software development, and other trades to improve efficiency and process controls.
Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn how to operate manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to train others on how to use manufacturing equipment.
- Understanding of manufacturing equipment maintenance requirements.
- Identify emerging needs in manufacturing.
- Identify weaknesses/strengths in manufacturing equipment.
- Adhere to paperwork and quality requirements.
- Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
- Execute repair of manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in work prioritization and triage.
- Transition from low-rate to high-volume production.
- Onboard and collaborate with software engineering team
- Create manufacturing processes.
