Job Description
Saronic Technologies is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to integrate, deploy, and improve their autonomous surface vessel solutions. This role involves hands-on work with software, networking, and hardware, delivering mission impact through real-world deployments. Collaboration with Business Development and Program Management is key to ensuring successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience developing autonomy or robotics systems.
- Strong software engineering skills (C++, Rust, Python, or similar).
- Experience working in a Linux-based operating system.
- Experience with mechanical assembly & fabrication (CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing), Electrical integration, and rapid prototyping.
- Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks, NX, or similar), Linux systems, and electrical test equipment.
