We are looking for a Business Process Expert to further develop our global service business processes with focus on spare parts supply along the service order processes. The role involves implementing end-to-end service processes, optimizing processes and systems, and providing support in interdisciplinary and global projects.

Requirements

• University degree in economics or engineering
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in project management methods and tools
• High affinity for change processes
• Ability to empathize with local operational service business teams
• Experience in technically oriented service and relevant service management software
• Good SAP skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills
