Job Description
The Technical Documentation Specialist will write, publish and distribute technical documents for software applications and hardware, collaborating with stakeholders, researching and implementing customer-specific solutions, and maintaining a record of corrections and revisions.
Requirements
- Collaborate and confer with different stakeholders
- Research, propose and implement customer-specific documentation solutions
- Develop, gather, and disseminate technical information
- Standardize organizational documentation
- Comply with and improve upon document control management processes
- Meet all related release and documentation deadlines
- Maintain a record of all corrections and revisions to documentation
- Monitor user feedback and implement improvements
- Initiate improvements in documentation
