The Field Account Manager will lead sales organization, implement sales and marketing activities, and drive profitable growth aligned with the organization's goals. The holder of this position will oversee sales teams to obtain and maintain long-term key customers and contribute to sustaining and growing the business.
Requirements
- Implementation of Sales and Marketing activities to achieve business objectives
- Sales and Support to targeted accounts in the Pharma, Biologics, F&B and Medical sectors
- Providing application support to customers for process optimization and yield improvements
- Building strong customer relationships to maintain and expand accounts
- Involvement in business development and strategic positioning for new markets
- Coordinating and implementing marketing activities
- Developing account planning to achieve short- and long-term goals
- Achieving growth and hitting annual sales targets
- Coordinating with all departments and key customers to identify potential issues and determine the best course to mitigate and minimize any negative impact to customers
