Field Service Technician BioA (x|w|m)

We are seeking a Field Service Technician for our BioA Business in Germany. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for technical service on our Bio Analytics product portfolio, improving service success, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements

• Technical university degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in field service
• Ideally, experience in the Life Sciences or biomedical technology sector
• Experience in error finding, testing, repair, and maintenance of technical devices
• Flexibility, adaptability, and international travel readiness of at least 50%
• High customer orientation and team spirit
• Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing
