Job Description
The IT Technical Support Analyst will provide expert technical knowledge in the maintenance of endpoint devices and applications, resolve technical incidents, and troubleshoot complex issues. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT End User Support and a strong competency level in a wide range of IT skills and disciplines.
Requirements
- Educational training in Information Technology or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT End User Support mandatory
- Fluent in English
- Good competency level covering a wide range of IT Skills and disciplines that are needed for 1st and 2nd level support
