Service Engineer

The Services Technician will be responsible for delivering customer service experience and driving service success that improves customer satisfaction and increases profitability.

Requirements

• Technical degree in chemistry, biology, physical measurements or similar
• Minimum 2 years of proven field service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• High customer orientation
• Team spirit
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Good command of spoken and written English
