Technical Support Engineer (x|w|m) – Hybrid

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer at our Guxhagen location near Kassel. In this role, you will be responsible for 2nd level support for our software product Biobrain Supervise.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training with a focus on electrical engineering and corresponding professional experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems 10/11 and MS Server 2022 & 2025
• Confident in handling computer hardware and software
• Network and IT administrator knowledge is desirable
• Process understanding of complex automation systems
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology field is desirable
• Strong communication skills and work at a high level of service and solution orientation
• Fluent English language skills in word and writing are essential, German language skills are an advantage
