Job Description
As Ground Fleet Manager, you will play an important role in developing, optimizing, and standardizing our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) fleet across Scandinavia, with primary focus on Copenhagen (CPH) and overall responsibility for coordination and equipment management across our three main hubs: Copenhagen (CPH), Stockholm (ARN), and Oslo (OSL).
Requirements
- Experience from aviation ground operations, fleet management, GSE, or other operationally intensive environments with high demands on coordination, availability, and delivery
- Strong understanding of equipment, asset, or fleet operations within complex and fast-paced environments
- Experience managing multi-country or global operations
- Proven track record in strategic and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using fleet management systems
- Key knowledge of financial follow-up and budget
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Education in engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage
