Job Description

The Senior Backend Software Engineer will be joining the Core Team focused on critical systems, including managing interactions with external banks, orchestrating payments, and providing the foundational infrastructure for Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience in back-end software engineering
- Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and how to manage external dependencies (like banking protocols) effectively
- Structured communication and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and convincingly
- Impact mindset and ability to deliver software that meets evolving user needs
- Passion for FinTech and fluency in English
