Job Description
Senior Software Engineer, Backend role in shaping the future of digital payments, responsible for technical direction, quality, and delivery of complex systems, impacting multiple services across teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience in back-end software engineering
- Deep experience working with Java and a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus)
- Proven ability to drive knowledge sharing, mentor peers, and conduct technical analysis for large-scope projects affecting multiple systems
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for FinTech or startup environments and fluency in English
