We are looking for an AI Strategist to work across a portfolio of leading organisations, spanning energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, financial services, and beyond. The role involves leading structured diagnostic engagements, designing AI enablement programmes, and partnering with clients to translate conversations into compelling proposals.
Requirements
- 3β6 years of experience in a top-tier management consultancy, a high-growth technology OR AI company in a strategy or advisory capacity
- Track record of delivering rigorous, structured analysis under pressure and translating findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Genuine exposure to or passion for AI: whether through project work, independent learning, or side projects
- Strong academic background from a leading institution
- Exceptional communication: written, verbal, and in the room
- Structured thinking: you naturally disaggregate problems, identify the key question, and build logical, defensible arguments
- Commercial instinct: you understand what value means to a business and how to frame AI in those terms
- Analytical depth: comfortable with data, models, and evidence; not intimidated by technical conversations
- Curiosity and pace: you read, you experiment, you are restless about what's next
