Satori Analytics is a fast-growing scale-up that aims to change the world one algorithm at a time by bringing clarity to global brands through Data & AI. As a Data Engineering Manager, you will own and evolve data engineering standards, best practices, and architectural principles across Satori projects, lead senior technical teams, and contribute to organizational impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering with exposure to complex, production-grade data platforms
- Proven experience in leading senior engineers and/or technical teams
- Strong expertise in modern data stacks (e.g. cloud platforms, data warehouses, ETL/ELT, orchestration, streaming)
- Experience working in consulting or project-based environments
- Ability to balance hands-on technical depth with strategic thinking
