In-House Counsel (Regulatory)

We are looking for an In-House Counsel with a solid background in law and a strong interest in regulatory matters to join our team in Prague. As an In-House Counsel, you will handle both routine and complex legal questions, manage day-to-day tasks, and contribute to more challenging legal topics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in financial regulation or other regulatory field (law firm or an in-house position)
• Familiarity with CZ and EU regulatory environment
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide clear, actionable advice
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating legal concepts to non-legal personnel
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Experience in conducting legal research and staying current with evolving legal trends
• Proficient in using technology and legal research tools
