Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, commercial, and astute regulatory Legal Counsel to join our legal team at Coinhako.
Requirements
- Advising business stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues affecting all areas of the business
- Reviewing applicable laws and regulations and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders in navigating legal and regulatory issues
- Providing end-to-end legal and regulatory support for the launch of new products and services
- Assisting with corporate governance matters
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Liaising with various regulatory authorities and assisting with licence applications
- Engagement with policymakers on developments affecting the blockchain industry
- Managing and resolving legal disputes, including alternative dispute resolution methods
