Job Description
We are recruiting a Customer Support Manager to lead customer support at our Châteauroux site, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing technical data, and negotiating with clients. The ideal candidate holds a Bac + 5 degree in Commerce or Engineering and has experience in a similar role in the aeronautics industry.
Requirements
- Bac + 5 degree in Commerce or Engineering
- Experience in a similar post in the aeronautics industry
- Knowledge of the MRO sector and Part 145 is a plus
- Excellent relational skills and negotiation capacity
- Rigorous, organized, and analytical spirit
- Good level of English
