Job Description
Maintenance Tech Supervisor - Environment job role involves supervising and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules of Electro-Mechanical systems and Civil installations to ensure timely delivery, meet specifications, and adopted policies.
Requirements
- Supervise and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Develop periodic work schedules and communicate to Maintenance Technicians
- Lead Environmental Technicians and provide technical expertise
- Conduct routine quality checks and ensure safety and operational standards are met
- Document changes in policies and procedures and develop periodic reports
- Ensure compliance with SQE procedures and controls
- Conduct annual performance appraisal of direct subordinates
