Paid Search Specialist to join growth marketing team to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Paid Search (SEM/PPC), preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Smart Bidding, Performance Max, Shopping Ads, and Audience Targeting strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, SA360, or similar SEM management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
