Client Experience Specialist responsible for creating a seamless experience for clients and internal team in a fast-paced New York advisory office.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years proven success in an administrative support function, preferably in the financial industry.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Client first attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Position requires a high level of confidentiality.
- Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others.
