The Client Services Associate is the heartbeat of the client experience, supporting Advisors and building trusted relationships with clients by ensuring every interaction is professional, seamless, and thoughtful.
Requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors in our Wyomissing office, delivering a warm and professional experience
- Support Advisors by preparing client paperwork, reports, and meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and confirm appointments
- Process account openings, transfers, and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update client records and documentation in Salesforce
- Navigate custodial platforms and explain processes clearly to clients
- Proofread and review documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Professionally manage incoming calls and client inquiries
- Prepare for and support client meetings, reviews, and local events
- Maintain organized, welcoming conference rooms and shared spaces
- Partner closely with teammates and provide backup support as needed
- Manage mail, shipments, and office supply inventory
- Support daily office opening and closing procedures
- Maintain calendars, call logs, and meeting reports
- Assist with client communications and special touches, including sympathy outreach
- Support local marketing and client engagement events
- Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives
