Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) ensures a positive shopping experience for customers, drives sales growth, and manages the daily operations of the store. This role involves leading the team, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a safe and productive environment. It also focuses on training, coaching, and supporting the store manager in all areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic experience with electronic technology and communications
- Minimum of two (2) years of management experience
- Leadership and/or management training preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs
