Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) creates an excellent shopping experience for customers, drives sales growth and profitability, and establishes a positive store environment for team members. The ASM leads the store, trains, and develops team members to ensure delivery of best-in-class store operations.
Requirements
- Leadership and management experience supervising others
- Experience in scheduling, merchandising, budgeting, and expense control
