The store clerk reports directly to the store manager and indirectly to both the assistant store managers and shift leaders. This position is responsible for duties such as cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and monitoring perishables.
Requirements
- Operates a cash register efficiently and performs checkout procedures at or above expected performance standards
- Follows all check-out and cash handling procedures and policies
- Maintains excellent store conditions
- Provides excellent customer service
- Assists store management in training other store team members
- Maintains proper rotation for dated and undated products
- Ensures products have price tags/signs and are displayed per company guidelines
