Job Description
The Shift Leader in Lincoln Park directs daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring store opening and closing, property protection, and employee performance monitoring. This role is essential for maintaining store efficiency and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Ability to train other meat team members
- Previous training / supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to travel to multiple work locations
- Ability to regularly lift 50lbs
