The Store Manager is responsible for creating an excellent shopping experience for all customers, driving sales growth & profitability, and establishing an engaging work environment for all team members. They lead an assigned retail store ensuring and maintaining store operational standards, key performance metrics and targets set forth by the company.

• Provides leadership, coaching and development to their store team members
• Creates a positive, safe, and clean store environment
• Recruits talented, highly motivated, committed team members
• Trains, develops, mentors, and coaches all team members to success
• Ensures the store operates according to operational standards

• Responsible for key metrics of store operations
• Analyzes, understands, and utilizes operational/financial data to make business decisions
• Responsible for merchandising program execution
• Manages inventory levels to specific metrics of the store
• Responsible for excellent fresh product offering and management
• Responsible for compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Acquires Food Safety Certification in accordance with company policies and City/State requirements
• Protects company property, funds and merchandise
