Requirements

• Conduct detailed assessments
• Guide patients through application processes for government and charity-funded programs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Meet with patients in-person
• Facilitate the application process for programs
• Act as a liaison between patients, hospital staff, and government agencies
• Responsible for a high caseload
• Clearly communicate financial obligations
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
• Efficiently use multiple systems and databases
• Assist with vacancy coverage
• Complete special projects
