Job Description
Saviynt is seeking a Director of Competitive Strategy Initiatives to lead a cross-functional team in developing a competitive edge and driving market execution. The role requires strong identity and access management experience, communication skills, and strategic influence.
Requirements
- 10-17 years of experience in competitive intelligence, integration, or consulting within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space
- Deep-rooted experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Phenomenal presentation skills with a track record of keynote-level public speaking
- Demonstrated ability to frame complex problems, build operational plans, and drive execution to success
- Strong leadership skills to build consensus among senior executives and drive virtual, cross-functional teams
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or Engineering (Master of Business Administration (MBA) is strongly preferred)
