Job Description
Saviynt is an identity platform that needs a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the AI Security team in building AI security for leading enterprises. The team will design, implement, and test e2e workflows for the AI security posture product.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience in a manager role
- Expert-level ability utilizing technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, REST and Microservices
- Familiar with AI tools and curious about MCP, A2A, Agentic frameworks
- Ability to perform research and go deep into platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and achieve results across functional areas in a work environment with a high rate of change
- Ability to manage multiple teams and initiatives
- Extensive hands-on experience building and managing the development of complex, large scale enterprise applications and products
- Proven experience in team management, attracting, hiring, retaining and leading top engineering talent
- Strong written, verbal communications, presentation skills, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
