Sr. Technical Program Manager, Software Engineering

Saviynt is a leader in identity security, and this Sr. Technical Program Manager role will oversee the definition, roadmap, and execution of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment across Product and Engineering organizations to meet defined business objectives.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of progressive experience in technical program/project management
• Bachelor's degree or advanced technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
• 1-2 years in a Director or equivalent senior leadership role
• Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Technical tool proficiency
