Requirements

- Strong understanding of state-wise agri-market dynamics
- Willingness to travel 1520 days a month within the region
- Proven skills in dealer development and performance assessment
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate teams effectively
