Job Description
Drive regional revenue growth through B2B direct sales and dealer-led business across Bangalore and South Karnataka. Develop and execute regional sales strategies, key account plans, and market expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in B2B direct sales within gensets, power solutions, capital equipment, or engineered products
- Proven ability to close large industrial deals and manage key accounts
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with tenders, contracts, and CRM-based sales management
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
