Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Microfinance Industry
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to foster long-term relationships
• Good team-management abilities
• Hard-core retail recruiting experience in the same sector
• MBA in Human Resources Management or equivalent
