People Operations Manager

Savvy Wealth is a digital-first wealth management platform that modernizes human financial advice. We're looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team and shape the backbone of our employee experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Hands-on experience with payroll and benefits administration (Rippling or similar HRIS strongly preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of multi-state compliance and employment policies
• Proven ability to write clean, compliant policies and communicate them clearly
• Highly process-oriented, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded
