Job Description
SAWOO, a fast-growing German company based in Munich, is seeking a German-speaking Outreach Specialist to support their community growth efforts. This hybrid/remote role based in Pristina involves inviting new members and event participants via LinkedIn and email, managing inboxes, and maintaining a CRM database. The company builds and runs communities for decision-makers from large companies, offering networking opportunities and collaborative learning.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in administrative roles (Sales Assistant, SDR, Virtual Assistant, Support Agent, Back Office, Call Center, etc.)
- Fluent German and English (at least C1 level) with strong grammar and spelling skills
- Proactive, dependable, and motivated to perform at a high level
- Ability to follow instructions well and work with proven processes
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Fast and confident computer and online skills
- Suitable remote work setup with stable internet and a quiet environment
- Openness to traveling abroad once or twice per year for company meetups
