Job Description
Saxon Global is seeking a Backend Services Developer/Backend Java Developer for a 12+ month contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong backend engineering background, experience with cloud environments, and proficiency in Scala, Play, Java8, and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 4+ years in software development
- Strong backend engineering background
- Experience with cloud environments (Google Cloud or AWS)
- Proficiency in Scala and Play
- Knowledge of Java8 and Kubernetes (desired)
- Knowledge of Node.js (plus)
