Technology Lead – Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, JBPM

Saxon Global is a fast-growing IT consulting company seeking a Technology Lead with expertise in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and JBPM. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in software development and a strong understanding of software development life cycles.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as software developer/programmer for jBPM, Java/J2EE, Spring, GWT & Oracle.
• Experience in global application development environment for AML/KYC
• Good experience in Software Development Life Cycle, familiarity with Waterfall and Agile development models
• Strong Knowledge and hands on experience in Core java including collections, multi-threading etc.
• Strong Knowledge and hands on experience in Spring, Hibernate
• Experience in Oracle SQL queries
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Good to have experience in GWT or any other UI related technologies
• AML/KYC functional knowledge is a plus
