CS Power GmbH, a joint venture focused on developing, constructing, and operating high-voltage substations, seeks a Senior Engineer (High Voltage). This role involves technical project responsibility, developing concepts for high-voltage substations, managing engineering teams, and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders. The position offers significant design and development opportunities within a future-oriented industry.

Requirements

• Completed studies in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the German energy sector with a focus on renewable energy or grid infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in independently managing technical projects, ideally in the high-voltage field
• Very good knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations (VDE, DIN, BDEW, TAB etc.)
• Negotiating fluent in German, fluent in English
• Independent and solution-oriented working style with high decision-making competence
• Work permit for projects in the high-voltage sector in Germany
