Adjunct Professor of Clinical Skills - Physicianship

Reporting to the Associate Dean of Pre-Clinical Professional Education and Experiences, this role will provide instruction specifically in Clinical Skills for the Physicianship Track.

Requirements

• Teaching (100%)
• Works with Department Chair to provide hands-on student training in history and physical assessment, diagnostic testing, and procedural skills
• Assists in monitoring the progress of all students to ensure successful progress toward graduation and recommend disciplinary action when necessary
• Teaches in assigned courses
• Assist in student testing, re-testing and remediation as necessary
• Develop clinical scenarios for standardized patient education assessment/evaluation and simulation education/assessment
• Perform other related duties, as assigned
