Sales Manager - ACIC

As a Sales Manager at ACIC, you will drive sales and revenue growth for our range of spring mattresses, sponges, and fibres. You will lead a dynamic sales team and develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales objectives.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales materials to support sales efforts.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.
• Manage sales budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize costs to maximize ROI.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, product specifications, and customer satisfaction benchmarks in all sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
