Job Description
Saylor Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Building Mechanical Construction Inspector with experience in new construction projects. The position is part-time and requires inspection services for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). Inspectors will perform quality assurance, check plans, and resolve construction issues, ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience providing construction inspection services or QA/QC services for new building construction.
- At least three years of experience providing construction inspection services or QA/QC services for new building construction.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Certification in nationally and construction industry recognized technical certification.
- Experience with construction quality control, OSHA, and Cal/OSHA safe working practices.
- Experience with plans and specifications for contract administration.
- Three years of experience using CM software systems.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, project-centric environment.
